When motherhood calls, our own needs fall on the back burner. This comes at a cost to ourselves, our families, and our communities. Helping mothers heal is an important calling. The ripple effects of a mother who prioritizes her health are priceless.
I know firsthand how challenging it is to meet your health goals after having children, but I also know it can be done. If you are reading this, I don’t need to tell you that finding the time, energy, motivation, tools, and support to be happy and healthy in motherhood is a constantly moving target.
My education and experience uniquely qualify me to support mothers with their mental health, fitness, habit, and nutrition goals. I have worked in hospital settings, fitness centers, client homes, employee assistance programs, community health centers, and private practice. Whether you gave birth last month, year, or decade, it is never too late to reconnect your mind and body. Our work together is not about getting you through today but about making a comprehensive, sustainable plan that supports you in becoming the healthiest possible version of yourself.
I welcome all mothers of any age, race, religion, or gender identity to my practice. I also welcome mothers who are neurodivergent, either by formal or self-diagnosis. I am experienced with a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, substance abuse, pregnancy complications and losses, divorce, life transitions, incarceration, and intimate partner violence. My hope is that you feel safe, supported, and understood in our work together. I aim to create a warm, collaborative environment for clients to explore, grow, and heal. I work best with clients who are open to exploring their feelings, beliefs, and ways of relating to others and are ready to take an active role in their healing.
